If you have Network monitor installed, you used an email address to login, that will be how alerts are coming in, all emails from NM come via SW servers. I'm not sure what you are asking, that's a different product, unless SysAid's email address is setup as a recipient it shouldn't have anything to do with it. That's what I was asking originally. So I assume the process is: There's an alert and it gets sent to Spiceworks servers, then Spiceworks servers send it to the users setup in Network Monitor?
