CGC will not verify signatures and will only count witnessed signatures. If you are flipping your graded books then go for CGC because they tend to have a higher return on sales when compared to the others. As for CBCS, from what I have seen recently they have the shortest turnaround time, amazing customer service, and the new slabs have been receiving plenty of praise.
